I have similar numbers in many categories, though thankfully a big ZERO in number of toenails lost -- ever. <br /><br />I'm curious about your running coach. How long have you had one? Why did you get one? Is s/he someone you actually see or just an online/email relationship? Are you happy?<br /><br />I ask all these questions because I hired one this year, post my 1st Boston, to help me drop 8 minutes to break 3:20. It's not working out as I expected or hoped. I may break that time, but I think that's more due to me than to the coach.
